How are drug allergies and adverse reactions recorded and integrated into the prescribing module?
Drug allergies and Adverse reactions are prompted when selecting that medication that conflicts. The user is then alerted that there is an allergy or adverse reaction, the physician has the ability to over ride the alert or modify the medication quickly and easily

What pre-defined templates do you provide?

Definition: A template is a pre-defined structured capability to rapidly record content including information on clinical conditions or vital signs through mechanisms such as menus, predefined fields or checklis
Each user has the capability to design as many templates as desired, however, currently we have over 300 templates in the IMS database that our users have access to. Keep in mind that IMS is not like other systems where they rely heavily on saving default word documents where they type over changes. We allow users to save discrete data as favorite defaults. By doing so, it makes it easier for clinics to identify pts for meaningful use reporting or meeting unique goals set by clinics.

During the implementation process your training teaches your super users how to customize templates. We also assist in modifying more complex ones during that implementation period

Clients can request customization by contacting their Account Manager (AM), System Consultant, or through the IMS ClientConnect Portal.

We recommend running backups at minimum 3 times a week (if not daily). Clients have several options for backing-up their system in-house, or they can utilize our top of the line backup services.

When an interface goes down, how is that information recovered?
With our interfaces, the information is initially created as a file which will be moved by the interface engine. If the interface engine is down, it will complete the transfer of data once the interface is reactivated.
