How are drug allergies and adverse reactions recorded and integrated into the prescribing module? When the first encounter is done on a patient the user will automatically be guided to select an allergy, group of allergies or "no known allergies". Allergy selections will automatically carry forward to future visits but may be updated at any time. The allergies are fully integrated into the prescriptions module and the alerts automatically turned on.

Sevocity comes with 27 pre-defined templates for all well visits by age and gender. An additional 10+ templates are available for each major specialty. Sevocity then builds unlimited additional templates and/or modifies the existing templates at no additional charge both during implementation and for the life of the customer.

The tools to build and customize templates are included in Sevocity and are very easy to use. You can also create a template on the fly at the end of a visit.

What level and type(s) of support are provided during go-live? A Sevocity Implementation Coordinator is assigned and meets with the customer via phone and/or Go to Meeting weekly. One or more trainers are assigned who perform customization services (unlimited) and meet with the customer to review prior to training. Live individualized unlimited web training is conducted with the administrative users, clinical and providers (usually separately). On-site training is available for an additional charge.
Is a formal users' group, online community forum or other form of social networking community available? We have 3 Users Groups: FQHC, Specialists and Primary Care. These groups meet in person once a year at our annual meeting and quarterly via web meetings.
What are the standard hours of operation during which support is provided? 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
What are the steps for a client to escalate a support request? Support personnel are trained to automatically escalate a request based upon the issue the customer is experiencing. Customers may also request to speak with a supervisor.

How are customer requests for enhancements and customizations handled? A Product Request form is submitted by the customer. The request is reviewed by a support analyst to ensure that the functionality is not already available. Requests are reviewed and prioritized by the applicable user group and/or by committee.
How are drug interaction tools updated in your system? Sevocity includes a Health Maintenance feature that includes all USPSTF, CDC and NCQA recommendations. Practices may change or add additional Health Maintenance items. Sevocity also includes Bright Futures pediatric development guidelines. Templates may also be used as a clinical decision support tool however the content of these is left up to the practice and providers.
How are patient education materials updated in your system? These are automatically updated by our eRX vendor, DrFirst. There is no cost.
How are requests from clients handle for customizations of their system post “go-live”? We use MedLine Plus. Practices also have the ability to upload their own patient education and/or link to a 3rd party site for patient education of their own choosing.
Is remote monitoring available with the ability to alert clients about system problems? No
We are a true cloud system so this is not needed. We have extensive monitoring systems in place that our engineers monitor.
What is your recommended backup strategy? We have fail-over to our secondary data center.

All data is automatically backed up. If the client wants a copy of this data it is available for an extra cost. The cost depends upon the size of the clinic and the frequency requested.
