Training is available to all clients, even before they have purchased the product (as we have a free trial period). Clients can schedule as much or as little training as they require.

What are the steps for a client to escalate a support request? If a client is experiencing a technical issue with Amazing Charts, then the client can reach the help desk by either calling 866-382-5932 (option 1), sending an email to techsupport@amazingcharts.com, or using our online instant message service. If an issue is not resolved, it is automatically escalated to the next tier. All issues are either resolved or escalated for the appropriate solution.

What is your recommended backup strategy? Nightly backups are recommended and can be automated with our program. Users can upload their backed-up data to their own system, and/or subscribe to our OffSite Backup service described below.

Offsite Backup is available for an additional $250/year per practice. This service allows practice data to be backed up to our HIPAA-compliant secure servers.
When an interface goes down, how is that information recovered? Interface information and logs are stored on both our interface server and the client's main computer (or server). When the connection is restored, information is retransmitted.
