What pre-defined templates do you provide?

Definition: A template is a pre-defined structured capability to rapidly record content including information on clinical conditions or vital signs through mechanisms such as menus, predefined fields or checklis
WRS allows for the templating of multiple modules. There are pre-formatted note types that address that specialty's need for correct note formation (ie pediatric, ACOG, Psychiatric). WRS also has templates that can be created within note types to facilitate ease with recurrent appointment types (ie Pap Smears). There templates that are specific to specialty and allow for an HPI to be addressed extensively with a minimal of clicks. All are customizable by the practice, or can be used as is.

What is the process for managing questions and service requests? WRS Call Center provides first level support. WRS also provides a Web based electronic support ticketing system. Dedicated Account Management services are provided to all clients.

All updates are centrally administered and conducted during off-hours to minimize disruption to practice services.
What is your recommended backup strategy? As an ASP model there are multiple models of redundancy and there is no need for additional levels of backup on the user's side.

When an interface goes down, how is that information recovered? As an ASP model, functionality is based on Internet connectivity. Thus, there is no possibility of lost data.
