Lost ability to use my own customized Crystal Reports on my in office Chartlogic Server, when moving to Cloud based Chartlogic. Cannot use iPad or Samsung tablet with software, and was misled by company on this issue, when upgrading to cloud based system. |

Not a problem with the system, it is the problem with loss of patient contact and slowness of patient encounters inherent with EHR. |

The problem is the lack of responsiveness to the bugs. We even paid for their expert to come and improve our use. We were repeatedly told " this is under construction" " this is a glitch". 2 yrs later even with upgrades these glitches persist and decrease the efficiency an EMR should provide. We purchased the recc Dragon system and this aggregates the glitches! I and my staff spend at least an add'l 1 hr daily working around these glitches! |
