The American Medical Association (AMA) just released a new online program addressing health IT and workflow redesign. The topics covered, through 3 modules lasting less than 10 minutes each, include electronic prescribing, pre-visit planning, and point-of-care documentation. The program is nicely produced. It includes video/audio, transcripts of the content, and links to resources.

Michael, The link from your American EHR note regarding the AMA course on workflow contains a link to pre-visit planning worksheets. These links are not operable. Any ideas where to find the worksheets elsewhere ?
Mike, the link from the blog should take you to the home page for the materials where users need to review the educational objectives/disclosures and acknowledge having read this document – then the “Start Program” button becomes active. I just tried the link in IE and Firefox and it worked.
