American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (AAPM&R)

The American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation was founded in 1938. Exclusively serving the needs of today’s physical medicine and rehabilitation physician, AAPM&R has over 8,000 members. PM&R physicians are nerve, muscle, bone and brain experts who treat injury or illness nonsurgically to decrease pain and restore function.
