AmericanEHR Partners working with RECs for District of Columbia and Tennessee

Date: September 17, 2010

September 17, 2010: AmericanEHR Partners today announced an expansion of the program that was launched July 13, 2010. AmericanEHR Partners is working with the Regional Extension Centers (RECs) for the District of Columbia and Tennessee to support their staff and clients in the identification and selection of EHR systems for their practices. The District of Columbia and Tennessee RECs are able to immediately access a range of readiness assessments, EHR comparison and selection tools for certified EHR systems. AmericanEHR Partners allows the RECs to provide information on a large number of vendors and allow a practice to pick the EHR that works best for them. Working with AmericanEHR Partners, the District of Columbia and Tennessee RECs will be able to accelerate their support for participating practices.

AmericanEHR Partners provides unbiased information about EHR vendors and their products and does not endorse any EHR products, services or systems.
